No reservations are required for current customers for our Playcare service. Drop in Playcare is offered Monday thru Saturday. We do not offer playcare on Sundays or holidays.
For boarding services, we do require a reservation. We want to be there when you need us!
Most weekends, during peak travel times (think summer vacation) or especially over holidays (all of them) we are completely full. Please plan ahead and make reservations with us so we can ensure your pup(s) have a spot with their friends.

KEEPING IT SIMPLE
We’d love to… we think simple is better! We do not require a reservation deposit. We would like to keep it that way.
We ask only that if you change your plans and no longer need your reservations that you let us know. We keep a waiting list. No shows are inconvenient for everyone and they mean one of our other customers will not get the spot for their pooch.
Please pay it forward and cancel your reservations if you no longer need them!

Using this form ensures we have all the information we need for your boarding reservation and you will get a e-mail confirmation of your request. If we need any additional information, we will follow up with you.
City Dogs will be moving to a cloud-based business management system called Pet Exec that will allow us to more efficiently manage reservations, ensure vaccination records are up to date, send e-mail reminders and more.
